Indeed, having access to internet, I have voted Angkor Wat (the world's largest Hindu temple, set in Siem Reap province, Cambodia. And this house of worship has ever been one of the Seven Wonders of the World) as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Unfortunately, I have seen the computer network selection rules to prime the Seven Wonders of the World is truthfully undeserved for Cambodia [and some other impoverished nations].

The word "one of the poorest" implementation that with the sole purpose a questionable mini component part of the people has accession to internet, information, jargon and new municipal work and services. And simply, the word hard-up resources low tuition or illiteracy. In Cambodia, amongst the cardinal provinces, single Phnom Penh that has assured admittance to cyberspace. The computer network right in Sihanoukville and Siem Reap is somewhat high-priced and unbelievably behindhand.
